Dance with the World, Are you looking for enjoyable exercise to beautiful music in a friendly, relaxed group? At Willingdon International Folk and Circle Dance Group we do traditional and some choreographed dances from many countries, with an emphasis on the Balkans and countries with similar traditions, such as Russia, Armenia and Israel. Most of our dances are not couple dances, but done in a circle, so no partner is needed. All dances are taught every time, and beginners and visitors are very welcome. We meet every Wednesday (term time) from 2pm to 3.30 pm, with an extra half hour of more difficult dances for those who want to stay. The venue is Willingdon Memorial Hall, Church Street, Willingdon, just round the corner from Willingdon Road and the bus stop (Church Street, bus numbers 1, 51, 52, 54, 98).
