Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday
To assist with all aspects of Sales Ledger and all other aspects involved within the day to day running of the Finance Dept.
The role will involve answering the phone, opening the post, entering payments on to Sage, reconciling accounts, printing invoices, importing them into Sage, putting them in envelopes and posting them, filing, running daily sales figures, entering them on an excel spreadsheet then emailing the information, ringing customers chasing overdue payments, taking payments over the phone, answering customer queries, month end reporting etc.
Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
Confident telephone manner essential
Accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
