Sussex Recruitment requires an internal sales assistant to work with our established client who are a large independent builders merchant in East Sussex.
Internal Sales Person role: As an Internal Sales Person, you will be making outbound and taking inbound calls from customers.
The ideal candidate will provide support to the field based sales representatives, raising quotes and orders as well as providing back up support to the sales representatives while they are out on the road.
Additionally, you will source non-standard products and negotiate good prices. The ability to respond to a wide range of queries from customers in both retail and trade, as well as helping in all areas of the branch operation, will also be necessary.

Previous sales experienceProactive, positive and enthusiastic attitudeComputer literateDesirable experience in builders’ merchantExcellent communication skills and ability to offer great customer service

Hours Monday-Friday 7.30am -5.30 Saturdays 8am-12.30pm on a rota basis (paid at overtime rate)
