The above problems are not all we can fix though – We can also repair various software problems and white/blank screens and carry out firmware upgrades and virus removal.
We can even repair handsets that have suffered liquid damage or that have been have deemed as beyond economical repair (BER) or out of warranty by your network provider.
We ONLY charge for work completed so if we cannot repair your phone you do not pay a penny! The only exception to this is liquid damage for which there is a fee of £15.
Repairs can take upto approximately 3 weeks but are usually completed much much faster.
Accessories
We stock a wide range of phone accessories including batteries, mains chargers, car chargers, cases, screen protectors, headphones, memory cards and speakers. Unfortunately, with so many different makes and models of phones available we cannot possibly keep everything in stock but we can order new stock as required for collection in a couple of days.
We also sell SIM cards and top up vouchers for all mobile networks. All SIM cards are £3.
Handsets
We stock a wide range of brand new and refurbished handsets - All of which are unlocked and ready to accept any SIM! Our stock changes weekly so call us or pop in to see what we have on offer! All refurbished phones come with either 3 or 6 month warranties.
We can also get brand new unlocked phones to order - Call, email or pop in to get a price! All new phones come with either 12 or 18 month warranties.
Have a phone you no longer want? We might buy it depending on how many phones we have at any given time - Please call us or pop in for further information.
We even sometimes also buy dead or damaged phones so don't just throw it away without speaking to us first!
Want to put a different SIM card in your phone?
Ace Fones has the very latest unlocking equipment and can unlock a wide range of phones - The majority of which can be unlocked while you wait. Please be aware that the manufacturers are always changing things so some phones can take a little longer than others.
Prices vary from £5 upwards depending on the make and model - Most phones cost £10-15.
iPhones and Blackberries and any HTC phones running either the Android or Windows Mobile operating systems are the most expensive - These cost £20-25 to unlock.
On the rare occasion that the unlock needs specialist equipment that we do not have we can send it away to one of our qualified engineers at no extra charge and have it back in a couple of days.
