A lovely bright room with large bay window. There’s a black gothic style double bed with matching bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bedroom 2
This room also has a large bay window. There are two pine single beds, bedside cupboard, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a travel cot and fold-up bed available on request.
Bathroom Spacious and newly fitted to include a bath with shower over, toilet and sink unit.
Garden. There are large gardens to the front and rear with the rear garden enclosed making it safe for children and dogs. There is a large decked sun terrace with access from the lounge and kitchen. There is a table and chairs and a BBQ. Access from the terrace via external stairs to the rear garden that backs onto farmland.
The cottage has carbon monoxide detectors, emergency lighting and mains smoke alarms. The cottage also has full gas central heating with an electric fire in the lounge and all windows and doors are fully double-glazed. All gas, electricity, towels and bed linen is included.
No smoking is permitted. The cottage is available on a weekly basis, Saturday – Saturday.

This lovely cottage is set up on the West Hill area of Hastings with its fantastic open green spaces and sea views. The cottage sits in a great location between the Old Town and Town Centre. Both are within a 10 minute walk as is the seafront.
The cottage
has just undergone massive renovation and has now a brand new kitchen, bathroom, complete redecoration, new carpets and a new gas central heating system. The cottage comprises of the following:

Fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and built-in oven and hob. Table and chairs to seat 4.

The rear is a sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs. The garden is completely enclosed with high fencing. There is unrestricted parking on the road at the front of the cottage. All gas, electricity, towels and bed linen is included.
