The Villa is situated in the town of POINCIANA (which is part of Kissimmee), in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Villa sleeps eight using the sofa bed in the lounge. It has Cable Television and there are numerous boardgames and a large supply of books to keep you amused.
Poinciana boasts many Shops, Restaurants and Banks. It is also only 30 minutes from the 192 with many more Restaurants and Shops. The Parks are just a short drive from the 192.The International Airport at Orlando is 45 minutes from the Villa and Sanford Airport is about an hour away.
The Villa has a half acre garden with a 30ft x 15ft Swimming Pool.
There is Patio Furniture and Sunbeds on the Patio. The Kitchen has a full size cooker, a Microwave, Coffee Maker and Dishwasher. In the Double Garage there is a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. There are
3 bedrooms (1 en-suite). The Main Bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a 2nd television. The Airing Cupboard has adequate linen, towels,
face flannels etc.
My Price is the same throughout the year, £350 a week with a
5% reduction for three weeks.
