There is an LCD flat screen TV, DVD-VHS player and Microsoft X-Box in the downstairs bedroom.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge-freezer incorporating an ice-maker and chilled water dispenser, full sized dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and garbage disposal.

The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer.

All linen is provided. A Cot / Highchair are available on request for a nominal cost.
