Regency Tree Specialists (RTS) is a small company of tree surgeons based in Uckfield, East Sussex.  RTS offers a full range of tree surgery, hedge cutting, planting and shrub pruning services.  RTS is owned and run by Nick Newman-Smith.

All the staff at RTS share a passion for trees and the environment we live in. Our staff are well trained and have gained excellent practical experience within the tree-work industry. RTS’s owner studied for 2 years full-time at Plumpton College and graduated with an HND in Arboriculture. 

We are members of the Arboricultural Association which is dedicated to advancing the science of arboriculture for the public benefit.

Through continued professional development we constantly improve and update our skills and working practices, in line with current industry standards.  All tree work is carried out in accordance with BS 3998.

RTS’s first class customer service philosophy, coupled with competitive rates, gives us a real advantage over many of our competitors.

Our business is fully insured :-
Public Liability Cover  = £2million
Employer’s Liability Cover = £5million.
We hold relevant NPTC and Lantra Certificates for the work we undertake.

All our tree surgery residue is disposed of at ‘Green’ waste sites.
RTS operates throughout Sussex and parts of Kent
