Business Card Printing
We offer a very flexible, cost-effective service, printing business cards of every size and colour, to best suit your particular needs.
Here are just some of the choices we offer you:
Size
The standard size for business cards is 55 x 85 mm. This is the same size as a credit card - so your card will fit comfortably into any wallet. But if you want a card that is taller, shorter, broader or narrower then that's OK by us - just tell us the size you want. For example: if you want to put a lot of information on a card, you might want to consider a card that is double the size, but folds in two to give a standard size finish.
Materials
We usually print on a 300 or a 350gsm card. Card finishes available include:
- Uncoated board. This has a very smooth matt surface and colour pictures and graphics reproduce vividly on it.
- Silk board. With a slight sheen and a silky smooth finish
- Gloss board.
- Other finishes are available - please ask.
Single/double sided
Cards can be printed on the reverse if you require.
Colour/black printing
- Black only printing: great for economy, so if you only want to get your name and contact details on to a card then it's certainly worth considering.
- Colour printing: reproduce your company logo in its full colours, and make an impact with photos and graphics. Colour printing is a little more expensive, but it can give impressive results and a 'quality' feel.

Size & materials
We can print a very wide range of sizes, ranging from a single A4 sheet, tri-folded to fit a DL envelope, to large brochures with many pages 'saddle-stitched' magazine style. The stock we print on can be greatly varied to meet your requirements, from simple 80gsm bond, for economy, to a heavy gloss or silk finished paper or card, for a really professional finish.A very wide range of options is available here, so please contact us with a rough outline of your requirements, and we will be happy offer advice and give you a free quote.A wide range of finishing options are available: from simple creasing and folding, to saddle-stitch and perfect binding.
Colour/black printing

Leaflet Printing

Size
The commonest sizes for leaflets are:
- A6 (105 x 148mm)
- A5 (210 x 148mm)
- A4 (297 x 210mm)
- A3 (420 x 297mm)
Large leaflets are then often folded in two, or tri-folded in three. These are the most cost-effective sizes to print on, but we are happy to print and fold bespoke sizes if required.
Materials
Leaflets are usually printed on paper ranging from 80gsm to 170gsm. Paper finishes available include:
- Uncoated bond. Inexpensive paper often used when economy is paramount. Black print on one of the large range of coloured papers available gives an attractive, low-cost leaflet.
- Matt, Silk or Gloss finish. When a quality finish is required, colour printing on to these papers will impress your customers.
- Other finishes are available - please ask.
Single/double sided
Leaflets can be printed on the reverse if you require.

'With Compliments' slips
Either standard size, 210 x 99mm (to fit a DL envelope) on 100gsm Conqueror paper, or to the customers own requirements.
Invoice Forms or Order Forms etc.
Printed on to NCR (ie No Carbon-paper Required) stock - ideal for when copies are required of documents, such as invoices. Available as two-part sets, three-part sets or above. These items can be sequentially numbered if required, and glued, either as sets or pads. They can also be drilled to fit binders.
Letterheads
Either standard size, 210 x 297mm on 100gsm Conqueror paper, or to the customers own requirements.
Newsletters
Want an inexpensive newletter for your club or society? Print black on a pastel-coloured paper, for an attractive look at low cost. Or print colour text, graphics or pictures for real impact.
Books & Booklets
Digital printing technology makes paperback book or manual production surprisingly cost-effective, even with very short runs. Perfect-bound books and saddle-stitched booklets can be up to A4 in size. Books of up to around 600 pages, and booklets up to 96 pages, can be handled. Laminating the covers can add to the impact! Please ask for details.
Prints & Posters
Fine Art prints and colourful posters can be printed in quantities large, or small. Digital printing technology means that posters up to around A3 in size can be produced in small runs, say only 50 to 100 copies, without running up a large bill.
Folders
To hold A5 or A4 documentation. Print on the outside/inside, in mono or colour, or add lamination; have single crease folders, to hold small quantities of documents, or capacity folders, to hold, say, 50 to 100 sheets - the choice is wide, so tell us what you need, and we will see if we can help.
Menus

Labels
Circular, square, or rectangular? Special, bespoke shapes? Gloss or matt finish, mono or colour printing? Tell us what you want, and we will see if we can help.
Envelopes
C6, C5, C4, DL - these and other sizes are available in white or manilla. Have them overprinted with your message, logo, return address - whatever you want - at modest extra cost.
Specialist Photocopying
Sheet sizes up to A3, copying on to a wide range of paper and card stocks, up to 300 gsm in weight. Copy in mono or colour, single or double sided. Automatic collation usually possible, if required. Discounts for bulk copying. Prices vary from 5p to £1 per copy, but we will tell you the cost first.
