If I can't fix it you owe me nothing, which is a pretty good incentive for me to pull out all the stops and get it working.
I will sort out any problem you are having with your software, hardware, internet connection, or website, including designing a new one or modifying an existing one, all at extremely reasonable rates (parts extra, of course) and I will do it either in the comfort of your own home or I will collect the offending machine, and take it away for a more extensive overhaul at no extra cost.
