Welcome to Renaissance Property Management

Renaissance Property Management was formed in September 2004 by Neil Watson, who had previously managed a branch of a property management company in Peterborough for a number of years.

The company has expanded rapidly, requiring three office moves and substantial expansion of the team.

The Renaissance philosophy is to offer a personal and personalised service to all clients, based on our knowledge of the business, the local area and applicable legislation.

Our Landlord business invariably comes by personal recommendation, from existing clients, professionals we deal with regularly, our tradesmen and even tenants who value the way we deal with them!

Renaissance Property Management is a firm accredited by The National Approved Letting Scheme - a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service.
