The dealership John W Groombridge Motorcycles was established in 1947 by John Groombridge and managed by him and later his family until 2006, when it was sold to the current owners. The business has traded from the Cross in Hand site since 1951 and has been official Yamaha and Suzuki dealers since 1963. Many developments have taken place under the new ownership, including this new website which not only allows interaction to view all the latest new and used bikes for sale but also includes a secure online shop so that you can order your clothing, accessories and many other items for prompt delivery to your door. We are pleased to announce that our New Showroom Facility is NOW OPEN! With the new two storey building we now have over 120 New and Used bikes on display. We have expanded our ranges of Clothing, Helmets and Accessories (already renowned as one of the best and largest selections in the South East) to give more space to try the latest gear in comfort and get the best advice. For Helmets we boast about being a Shoei 'Concept Store', an AGV 'Advance Centre' and an Arai '5* dealer' so we can give you the widest choice and best advice in this important area. For servicing, repairs, MOT's, new tyres and other repairs we will have an additional state of the art workshop. This and the existing workshop will be manned by highly skilled mechanics who regularly attend courses held by Suzuki and Yamaha to update them on the latest procedures and ensure that your bike is serviced and repaired to the highest technical quality. We also look forward to giving you a comfortable area to sit while waiting for shorter jobs to be done and let you relax with a cup of coffee, TV and the latest bike magazines to read while waiting.
