We are looking for a Field Based Service Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work on a wide range of mobility equipment including mobility scooters, stairlifts, riser armchairs, beds and wheelchairs. In addition to breakdowns and servicing, you will also be trained to install stairlifts as part of a team.
You will be required to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. Once fully trained, you will also be required to provide out of hours cover for stairlift customers (emergency response only) during evenings (5pm-9pm) and weekends (9am-9pm) on a rota basis for which you will receive an allowance of £50 per week. You will be paid at double your normal hourly rate where you are required to attend a customer during that time including travel time
Full product training will be provided through manufacturer approved courses and you are provided with a company van, iPhone, laptop, uniform and tools. This role requires a basic DBS and a full, clean driving license.
Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
