You will be joining and developing a warm desk, dealing with both New and Existing Clients, developing business opportunities and maximising Company revenue. Duties & Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Consultant you will be dealing with a variety of areas including new client sales, account management, interviewing, negotiation, advertising, marketing, networking and the delivery of formal and informal presentations Consultants are responsible for the full remit of their Client portfolio handling recruitment assignments from inception through to completion Skills: A determination to succeed within a competitive and target driven environment both as an individual and a team player Previous sales experience would be beneficial 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths & English Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Numerate and IT literate Ability to prioritise workload and maintain effective time Well organised, focused, accurate and with good attention to detail Possess the ability to build good working antJA-5443
