Analysis of process and product to optimise performance of the production process Investigate use of new technology to improve the process Conduct process development trials on lab and plant scale Project Engineering Manage projects from conception to completion. Order, install and qualify new equipment. Quality, Yield and Throughput Support Production to achieve continous improvement of quality, throughput and yield on site. Support production troubleshooting/ problem solving. Lead improvement to product quality through team involvement.
