PRIVATELY Owned 8 Berth Lodge At 'Havens Church Farm' Nr Bognor Regis West Sussex, Our lovely privately owned lodge is on a fabulous ‘Gold Plot’ at *Havens* 5 star Church Farm Holiday Park, Pagham nr Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Many other extras are included to make your stay more comfortable. The Lodge comes with two flat screen Freeview TVs, one in the lounge and one in the master bedroom. A DVD player, microwave, toaster and other home comforts. Bedroom 1. Master Bedroom. We have a luxurious divan bed, a flat screen Freeview TV. It has beautiful bed linen and plenty of space for your clothes. Bedroom 2. In bedroom two there are 2 single beds, they are zip & link mattresses so easily alters to a Kingsize bed without falling down the middle. Bedroom 3. There is also a small bedroom. It is suitable for our brand new and very comfortable Z Bed. You may wish to bring your child’s travel cot, or you may want to use the room just for storage. We limit our lodge to a maximum occupancy of 7 plus a baby. The bathroom has a small corner bath with shower overhead (which works brilliantly), a WC, a heated towel rail and lots of cupboard space. It has a very comfortable 3-seater reclining leather sofa with an additional good quality double sofa bed if required. It has a flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, a digital radio and dinning table with 6 chairs. The open plan kitchen has a full size gas oven and hob, a large fridge freezer, microwave, cordless kettle and plenty of crockery,cutlery and other kitchen utensils. We have a small veranda with gate (which can be locked if you have small children) equipped with table and chairs, a small clothes airer ideal for drying swimwear. We also have a large patio around the more private side of the lodge where you will find additional seating and a BBQ. Because of the spaciousness of our ‘gold plot’ there is plenty of room for parking next to the lodge; enough for two cars, but also lots of additional parking around the lodge as it has quite a large area. There are books, playing cards, DVD’s, and games and a few toys for the children. Beds will be made up for your arrival, I will also provide a couple of tea towels so all you need to bring are your hand, bath and beach towels.
