Help save Hastings Pier

Hastings Pier was built in 1869 and is one of just 55 piers left in Britain.Following the fire on the pier on 5th October an emergency fund has been set up by The “Hastings Pier & White Rock Trust” to continue their work to raise funds to stabilize the pier ready for winter as well as fund raising for its redevelopment.  The narrow bridge section of the pier has been weakened by the loss of the deck planks and now needs emergency works to prevent it collapsing.

The trust cannot obtain grants in time to do this work, so is relying completely on donations.  Please help by donating through your bank or any HSBC Branch (Free) to:
