* Ensuring correct publication of all materials in a timely manner.
* Being in control of submission of documents at key points in the process, to meet target dates for review / approval.

Key Skills

* General computer literacy and Microsoft Office tools experience and use.  MS Access and M/S Excel experience key.
* Capable of working on own initiative with minimal supervision, with a focus on delivering quality output within agreed timescales.
* Ability to prioritise own workload and good organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, looks for opportunities to suggest / implement efficiency improvements.
